We wish everyone the VERY best New Year!  We pray for continued health, abundant joy and to come home soon!  We miss you all!  Look for us in April!

 

We are finally settled into our new corner of the world.  Bayonne, NJ. has been very inviting to us.  The city consists of large beautiful parks, a post office, school, drug store, grocery store, medical center, bank, blockbuster and dollar store all within 5 blocks.  This is convenient because after you spend 5-7 minutes (on a good day) looking for a parking spot somewhere on your block, it is refreshing to know if you forgot to get something...you don't have to loose your space!  Rick and I have made a motto for this city...Its the Little Big Town.  The size of the city is small as is the look and "feel" of the town.  However there are so many people packed into such a small area.  There's more on Bayonne with some "fun facts" listed under the "Bayonne" page. 

 

We like the town.  Rick is still working hard with Central.  He doesn't admit it but the numbers don't lie, he is the VERY best supervisor that Central has (tie-ing with Roger - The Hartman Brothers Rock!).  I know that I am proud of him!  He misses home the most.  He always sends his love to the girls, parents and family.  Alyssa is doing well in school, still has a little trouble with Math but we are working on it.  She has adjusted to the new area very quickly and positively.  Of course this isn't her home, home will always be where Bailey is (her horse).  She will be home next summer to compete in more competitions.  After winning 1st in barrel racing last year I believe she will become quite an equestrian.  I will posted her competition dates and locations as they become available.  I have made my adjustment well.   I have been with Mattress Marshall's for 4 months now.  My recent promotion to District Manager and the company acquiring contracts with 2 of the areas largest bedding manufactures proves to make this a busy year. 

 

We got to come home and visit in December.  We are sorry that it was so short and look forward to a longer more relaxed visit at the beginning of April.  To everyone that we missed seeing, we send our love and look forward to finally seeing EVERYONE in April!
